I understand that boating and water activities carry risks of injury, disability, death, and property loss. I accept these risks and certify that I am fit to participate.
I RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS the Baffle Creek Boat Club, its members, and volunteers from any liability arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I agree to follow safety rules, wear a life jacket, and not use alcohol or drugs while on the water.
I am financially responsible for any loss or damage to equipment resulting from my negligence.
